In this class, Noah Paul Harrison will share his journey of pioneering a worship team in a new environment, and how he cultivated a culture of purity, excellence, and freedom in one of the most dynamic cities in the world.

This session will cover how to form a well-rounded team, set clear cultural standards, and establish spiritual and musical excellence from day one. You'll learn how to grow a team with vision and intentionality, disciple creatives into worshipers, and lead a congregation into greater freedom of expression—especially in places where corporate worship may be unfamiliar or restrained.

Whether you’re launching something new or leading in a challenging environment, this class will encourage and equip you to break ground, protect what matters most, and raise up a worship culture that reflects both heaven and the heart of your city.
